Ints6 is activated by KRas G12V.

Transcriptional dynamics influenced or controlled by KRas are of profound importance to understanding the progression to the malignant state. We demonstrate here through measurement of total transcription by RNA-sequencing in human cells expressing either wild-type KRas or oncogenic mutant KRas G12V activation of the integrator gene product Ints6 in human cells expressing KRas G12V.

Abstract

Transcriptional dynamics influenced or controlled by KRas are of profound importance to understanding the progression to the malignant state. We demonstrate here through measurement of total transcription by RNA-sequencing in human cells expressing either wild-type KRas or oncogenic mutant KRas G12V activation of the integrator gene product Ints6 in human cells expressing KRas G12V.
