Leadership and Governance in Islam
Islam as a religion does not just set the affairs in worship. The laws within the Islamic frame extend almost every aspect of life, such as social, economic, educational, cultural, criminal law, and also political and state government issues. The concept of leadership and government in Islam is often disapproved of in a multi-diversity country where it is not true. Therefore, studies and discussions are made on leadership and government concepts in Islam. The study is a descriptive qualitative method study, where the data is a secondary data collected through library study methods. Data analysis has shown that the concept of leadership and government in Islam is not a discriminatory one, it is a democratic one that puts the emphasis on the wealth of all peoples.
