ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGs) DALAM PENGELOLAAN PARIWISATA BERKELANJUTAN DI DESA WISATA TIGAWASA, KABUPATEN BULELENG

Abstract This study analyzes the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in sustainable tourism management in Tigawasa Tourism Village, Buleleng Regency, by positioning Tri Hita Karana as a local perspective for understanding sustainable development practices within the Bali Aga community. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with local stakeholders, document analysis, and a literature review, and were analyzed through data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and source triangulation. The analysis focuses on SDGs 8, 11, 12, 15, and 17, which address decent work and economic growth, sustainable communities, responsible consumption and production, life on land, and partnerships for the goals, respectively. The findings indicate that SDG implementation in Tigawasa Tourism Village has developed through the strengthening of bamboo-based livelihoods, the conservation of customary forests and traditional spatial arrangements, the application of customary norms in natural resource utilization, and the development of collaboration among stakeholders. Tri Hita Karana functions as a local value framework that connects ecological, social, economic, and spiritual dimensions in tourism management practices. However, these efforts have not yet been fully supported by standardized sustainability monitoring systems, optimal digital promotion, and stronger pentahelix partnerships involving businesses, academics, and media. This study demonstrates that strengthening customary institutions and integrating Tri Hita Karana principles into tourism planning can serve as a strategy for localizing the SDGs while enhancing the sustainability of Tigawasa Tourism Village. Keywords: Sustainable Development Goals, sustainable tourism, Tri Hita Karana, tourism village, Tigawasa, Bali Aga.
