Psychological Mechanisms Of Developing SelfMobilization In Military Personnel Under Extreme Conditions
Based on a theoretical analysis of Russian and international research, the article examines the psychological mechanisms of self-mobilization of military personnel in extreme conditions of service and combat activity. Selfmobilization is defined as a voluntary, consciously regulated activation of personal psychological and physical resources aimed at maintaining performance under stress. Four interrelated levels of mechanisms are distinguished: motivational-semantic, cognitive-appraisal, emotional-volitional and operational-regulatory. The psychological conditions for the targeted development of self-mobilization in the psychological training of military personnel are summarized.
