Insights of the Effects of Rainfall Variability and Climate Change on Landslide Risk in the Road Infrastructure of the Colombian Andean Region
This repository contains the R and Python code developed in this thesis. It includes scripts for (i) landslide susceptibility modelling with generalized additive models (GAMs) and machine- and deep-learning algorithms; (ii) wavelet analysis; (iii) bibliometric analysis; (iv) computation of extreme rainfall indices; (v) estimation of landslide magnitude probability; and (vi) Bayesian estimation of rainfall thresholds for landslide triggering. Third-party data (e.g., SGC–SIMMA landslide inventory, CMIP6 projections, INVÍAS road network) are not redistributed where their licences do not allow it; instead, the thesis cites their original sources and access conditions.
