Analisis Responsivitas dan Keadilan Pemerintah Desa Kramat Jegu dalam Pelayanan Publik Perspektif Islam
Public service is one of the responsibilities of village governments in meeting community needs. This study aims to analyze the responsiveness and fairness of the Kramat Jegu Village Government in providing public services from an Islamic perspective. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants were purposively selected from village government officials and community members, including the village treasurer, neighborhood leaders, Karang Taruna representatives, and residents. The results show that the responsiveness of the Kramat Jegu Village Government is reflected in accessible complaint channels through neighborhood leaders, village officials, and WhatsApp groups, as well as responses to administrative and public facility needs. However, some technical problems require longer follow-up, and several community aspirations have not received concrete responses. In terms of fairness, the village government has attempted to distribute assistance, development, public services, and opportunities for community participation. Nevertheless, disparities in development priorities, inaccurate targeting of some social assistance, and concerns about group interests remain. In addition, several community empowerment activities have not been followed by sustained mentoring or further opportunities. From an Islamic perspective, public services reflect the values of maslahah and amanah, but their implementation still needs to be strengthened to ensure that benefits are equitable, appropriately targeted, and sustainable.
