Higher-Order Harmony Beyond Local Laws: A Finite Mathematical Witness, the Eighth-Layer Time Reservoir, and a Dialogue Between Science, Philosophy, and Religion (Project BOG)

Project BOG — Open Research Series V: Closing the First Arc. Can the laws governing a part of reality fail while a deeper order of the whole remains coherent? Bogdan Sergienko, Architect of Imagination, proposes an eighth conceptual layer in which absolute balance and harmony coexist with the failure of laws belonging to subordinate layers. This proposal is linked to a stable time-reservoir conception and multiple seventh-layer structures, each containing an internal universe with a shared time base. This publication separates the author's conceptual vision from a testable mathematical example. It defines six local rules on a six-coordinate ternary system and a separate, nonconstant global invariant. A transition violating every local rule preserves this invariant for all 729 possible states; a contrasting transition violates the same rules but destroys the invariant. A finite replenished reservoir provides a transparent computational analogy, with a control that fails without replenishment. Executable Python, test results and review instructions are provided. These results demonstrate a logical possibility within explicitly constructed mathematical systems. They neither establish higher physical dimensions nor prove that the physical Universe has a mind, creator or purpose. The paper identifies what would be needed for empirical discrimination and invites scientists, mathematicians, philosophers, theologians, and scholars of religion to challenge its assumptions and conclusions. This is the fifth independent work in a continuous Project BOG program, following the foundational temporal theory, causal-return mathematics, the observable computational canvas, and the engineering study of state reconstruction. All four prior DOIs are linked as References. Research author: Bogdan Sergienko — Architect of Imagination.Mathematical and computational assistance: CCAI KAI — Architect of Computation (ChatGPT-based collaborator). The manuscript preserves the author's original question in Russian: «А что, если то, в чём мы находимся, имеет разум или замысел?» The deeper open question is whether any evidence could distinguish an impersonal global order from one containing intelligence, intention or purpose. No answer is assumed. Version 1.0.0 — English research preprint, open to independent critical review.
