Information Meta-rule Cosmology: A Conceptual Framework for Rule Co-constitution and the Formation of Stable Regularities
This discussion paper develops a conceptual framework from the supplied IMC notes and earlier drafts. It distinguishes ontological commitments from mechanistic hypotheses and examines the formation and maintenance of effective regularities. Three elementary conceptual examples address the limits of inferring stability from downstream dependence, determinism from stable probabilities, and permanent unknowability from a lossy observation. The paper reports no new cosmological observations, numerical experiments, or confirmed physical predictions. It has not undergone peer review.
