Heuristic Stock as Preventive Infrastructure: H=E+S, Chakravyuh Structure, and the Economics of Delay

This position paper introduces a simple idea: heuristics can be stocked like inventory before you enter a tricky system. We call this stock HEUSTOC. We define H = E + S. H means total heuristic stock at time t. E means explicit taught experience - what school, manual, training taught. S means implicit survival wisdom - what folk stories, community warnings, proverbs, and lived practice taught without formal teaching. We call this Learn Without Being Taught. Many digital systems today are designed like an old battle formation where entry is easy and exit is difficult. In old Indian epic, this formation is called Chakravyuh. Abhimanyu (Lord Krishna’s nephew) knew how to enter the chakravyuh but did not know how to exit. Modern examples of the same are free trial that takes one click to enter and twenty steps to cancel, or loan app that gives gift then creates no-closure loop. Existing studies explain why people make mistakes after harm happens. They do not give a stock that can be built before entry, nor a clear exit protocol after entrapment. This paper provides both. It proposes two working rules. First rule is Visibility-Correctness Inversion - when you are correct inside a deceptive system, you appear wrong to others. Second rule is Caught-Jump Principle - when you are caught inside Chakravyuh, trying to exit alone fails, you need about five aided jumps. Aided jump means help from (i)family, (ii) community, (iii) helpline, (iv) tool, and/or (v) time delay. It also proposes decision calculus: Cost of Delay is less than Safety Risk. In simple words, if your heuristic stock is less than one full glass, waiting is rational defense, not weakness. Paper is written in simple English for second-language readers. If scholarly word is used, it is explained immediately. No Greek letters. Only basic plus minus.
