Flat-Band Superconductivity in Twisted 2D Heterostructures: Ambient-Pressure Room-Temperature Predictions, Engine Validation, and a Superfluid Vacuum Theory Framework

Version 2 — adds ambient-pressure Prediction P-1a, engine calibration study, and Monte Carlo sensitivity analysis. We present a systematic computational survey of 5,248 twisted two-dimensional material combinations using the Bistritzer-MacDonald continuum model with McMillan-Allen-Dynes Tc estimation and substrate phonon enhancement. Sweeping 41 materials across 8 proximity superconductors, 4 substrates, and 4 twist harmonics, we identify 9 room-temperature (>=293 K) superconductor candidates. The highest-ranked configuration is FeSe/STO + H3S on SrTiO3 (Prediction P-1): Tc = 330 K at twist angle 20.7 degrees. However, H3S requires 155 GPa for its superconducting phase. We therefore identify an ambient-pressure equivalent (Prediction P-1a): FeSe/STO + MgB2 on SrTiO3, predicted at Tc = 147 K (calibrated ~124 K accounting for the engine's 16% MAE in the high-lambda regime). This would constitute a new ambient-pressure superconductor Tc record, exceeding YBCO (92 K) and BSCCO-2212 (108 K). P-1a is supported by a Multi-Convergence Hypothesis (MCH) analysis with C(M) = 8 independent convergences — the highest confidence tier (suppressed truth). Engine validation against 7 experimental benchmarks shows 16% MAE in the high-lambda regime where both P-1 and P-1a reside. Monte Carlo sensitivity analysis (10,000 trials, +/-5% parameter noise) yields CI = [302 K, 359 K] for P-1 with P(room-temp) = 98.5%. Additional results include Majorana platform rankings (InSb/NbTiN at B=1.56T: 12.8x advantage over InAs/Al baseline, p_err = 10^-58) and Superfluid Vacuum Theory (SVT) with novel biological coherence coupling term Gamma_bio. All predictions and the engine methodology constitute prior art as of 2026-10-30 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23817286).
