SEISMIC AND WIND PERFORMANC EANALYSIS OF A G+14 RCC TWIN-TOWER WITH DUAL SKY WALK LINKS
The planning and structural design of high-rise buildings are vital in civil engineering because more people need homes and offices.Twin-tower buildings use land efficiently.A skywalk links the two towers making it easier for people to walk between them.A thorough structural analysis guarantees that twin-tower RCC building is safe, stable and functional. This project examines the planning, analysis and design of a twin-tower reinforced cement building that has a skywalk. We create the building plan in AutoCAD.Develop the structural model in STAAD.Pro.We consider loads such as live loads, wind loads and seismic loads according to the Indian Standard codes. The structural analysis provides bending moments shear forces, axial forces, support reactions and displacements. We evaluate the members and the skywalk connection to understand how they behave under the appliedloads. The project offers experience, in building planning, structural modelling and computer-aided design. The analysis results help us produce drawings and assess the performance of the proposed twin-tower RCC building.
