Medication continuity in older adults, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde: analysis plan, timing evidence and timeline

Retrospective deposit, made after the analyses were completed; it is not a prospective registration. It documents the statistical analysis plan (SAP) as it was written and revised during the work, the earlier saved versions of the plan and key notes, the dated design notes and readouts that specified, corrected or added analyses, and a timeline of documents, approvals and secure-environment (Safe Haven) runs, so that readers can see what was specified, when, and what changed. The analyses used linked NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde prescribing, dispensing, hospital and laboratory records of adults aged 51 or over; no data are included. Results from the data were removed from these documents except values that the associated papers publish. The deposit is one ZIP file (folder structure inside), with its README and SHA-256 checksums. Stage 2 (analysis code, verified transcriptions of the post hoc check runs, full supplements) will follow as a linked record.
