Kepemimpinan Kristen Sebagai Fondasi Etika Pelayanan Publik: Rekonstruksi Teologis Dalam Perspektif Teologi Praktika
The ongoing crisis of integrity, corruption, and abuse of power demonstrates that contemporary public service challenges extend beyond administrative issues into the moral and spiritual dimensions of leadership. Employing a qualitative approach rooted in practical theology alongside a systematic literature review, this study reconstructs Christian leadership to establish a conceptual model linking spirituality, character, integrity, public service ethics, public trust, and the common good. Through thematic analysis, the findings reveal that integrity serves as a crucial bridge between inner spirituality and leadership practice, fostering robust public service ethics grounded in accountability, transparency, justice, compassion, and stewardship. Ultimately, the reconstructed model underscores the public dimension of Christian leadership, offering a vital ethical framework for churches, theological education, Christian organizations, and public institutions seeking to restore public trust and advance the common good across diverse social contexts.
