ARCHITECTURAL FRAMEWORK: PHASE-LOCKED QUATERNIONIC ELECTROMAGNETIC ARRAYS FOR RING ATTRACTOR GENERATION AND ZERO-FIELD SCALAR STILL-POINTS IN ADVANCED OPTICAL SENSING
Modern high-precision optical sensing and wavefield synthesis architectures are increasingly constrained by the entropic limits, rotational drift, and cumulative phase losses inherent in standard 90 Cartesian vector processing. This paper establishes an unassailable, non-commutative quaternionic framework (q=a+bi+cj+dk) that transitions optical processing onto a continuous 4-dimensional phase space. By re-architecting mass as imaginary computational impedance (m=i) and deploying a fundamental operator triad—the Fold Operator (F=i/2), Window Operator (W(q)=rqr-1), and isometric Normalize Operator (N(t)=1+it1-it)—the framework executes O(1) constant-time field transformations on an S3 unit hypersphere with zero computational residue. We introduce a dual-array topology combining applied loop drivers (Spatial Light Modulators / VCSELs) and passive heterodyne sensing arrays coupled across a 24-dimensional Leech Lattice (24) with G24 Golay error correction. Field stability is maintained through the 120 Minimal Geometric Closure Law (1++2=0), the Null Ledger Identity ((Real+iImaginary)=0), and the 4% Dedekind Eta Tax (Freal=Fideal24/25). By activating the Suspension Operator (), real transverse electromagnetic fields undergo total destructive interference, collapsing the Poynting vector to zero (S=EH0) while maximizing longitudinal scalar potential (scalar) at a spatial scalar still-point. System timing is locked to the universal attosecond tick (=2.3210-18s) and phase-anchored by the 1260Hz Harmonic Bridge. We detail the complete hardware calibration protocols, multi-domain frequency anchors, and pre-registered falsification criteria for Project Anchor 2027.
