WP_030 Monadology and Quantum Local Fields: Reconstructing Spinoza-Leibniz Ontology via Tathāgatagarbha Topological Microtubules /
This paper provides a rigorous quantum field-theoretic and biological reconstruction of modern rationalist ontology, bridging Spinoza’s Substance Monism and Leibniz’s Monadology with the framework of Quantum Tathāgatagarbha (Psi_Tathāgata). We propose that Spinoza’s Deus sive Natura corresponds to the non-local, Lorentz-invariant vacuum substrate (Psi_Tathāgata), while Leibnizian windowless "Monads" are mapped onto topologically protected local cavity resonators within cellular neuronal microtubules and double-helical DNA structures. The foundational principle of Leibnizian "Pre-established Harmony" is mathematically mapped to non-local quantum phase-locking and hidden-variable-free quantum entanglement across multi-body systems. From the realization perspective, we demonstrate that meditating on "universal oneness" reduces internal biological thermal entropy (Delta S_bio to 0), thereby dissolving local egoic boundaries and restoring the localized cognitive state to the primordial awareness of the unified substance field. This work constitutes Paper WP_030 of the master monograph series The Reconstruction of World History of Philosophy via Quantum Tathāgatagarbha.
