Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Prioritas Paket Retur Dengan Metode Topsis pada Ekspedisi SiCepat

The process of determining the priority of return package handling at SiCepat Ekspres Bekasi Pondok Melati is still carried out manually, often resulting in inconsistent decision-making. This condition may lead to delays in handling return packages, affect compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), and reduce the achievement of operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This study aims to design and develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to support a more objective and systematic prioritization of return packages. The decision-making process is based on five criteria: handling time urgency, transaction category, and return reason. The system was developed using the Waterfall software development method and implemented with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The results show that the proposed system is capable of performing TOPSIS calculations automatically and generating priority rankings based on the assigned criteria weights. The system also assists operational staff in identifying which return packages should be processed first, making the decision-making process more consistent, efficient, and well documented. Therefore, the proposed system is expected to improve the efficiency of return package handling at SiCepat Ekspres Bekasi Pondok Melati.
