Review of the Current Research Status of Thermal Management Systems for Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells
Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFCs) is a key technology for the efficient conversion of clean energy, and the thermal management system is a critical auxiliary system for PEMFCs. This paper reviews the multi-field applications of PEMFCs thermal management in areas such as combined heat and power (CHP) and waste heat power generation. It focuses on three major technical aspects: cell system cooling technology, ultra-low temperature vehicle cold-start, and stack waste heat recovery. The advantages and disadvantages of various research methods are compared and analyzed, and the current research status and future trends are summarized.
