Measuring Chronology Protection as Landauer Erasure Cost on IBM Marrakesh 156q: A 10-Job Experiment from a Phone - Job dbi0rv81h
10-job experimental sequence on IBM Marrakesh 156q (156q) performed in one night from mobile device 2026-10-29/30, testing P-CTC grandfather paradox and large GHZ states. Key results from actual IBM jobs:- GHZ Control: R = p(0^N)/p(1^N) = 40.8 -> 0.039 when flipping CNOT direction. Proves bias is T1 amplitude damping (~100-200us), not new V12 field.- P-CTC repeatable N=2: 27.18% (1359/5000) job dbi0g7h, 25.85% (1292) dbi0ka1, 18.38% (919) dbi0mo5.- V4 Domino paradox S0=NOT(CTC), S_k+1=NOT(S_k), CTC=S_last: N=2: 466/5000=9.32%, N=3: 45/5000=0.90% (job dbi0rv81h). 10.3x drop per qubit, steeper than ideal 2x due to hardware decoherence.- Landauer cost: Cost = -log2(p) * kT ln2. N=2: 3.42 bits = 9.83e-21 J, N=3: 6.80 bits = 1.95e-20 J at 300K. Doubling = diverging thermodynamic cost = Hawking protection mechanism.- V3 parallel control: 10.56% (N=2) -> 24.18% (N=3) no exponential, confirming domino chaining is key. Conclusion: Standard QM + T1 + Landauer explains all data. V12 hypothesis falsified. Contribution is methodological/educational: first superconducting-qubit measurement of chronology protection as Landauer cost, phone-based, reproducible.
