MORPHOLOGICAL AND MORPHOMETRIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSTNATAL DEVELOPMENTAL DYNAMICS OF THE OVARY DURING PUBERTY

This thesis focuses on the morphological and morphometric study of the postnatal developmental dynamics of the ovary during puberty and adolescence. It discusses the importance of comprehensively assessing age-related characteristics of the ovarian cortex and medulla, follicular apparatus, stroma, connective tissue, and vascular system. According to the research plan, ovarian tissues from different age groups are to be examined using histological, histochemical, morphometric, and statistical methods. The results are expected to provide a scientific basis for clarifying age-appropriate normal morphological indicators of the ovary and distinguishing physiological changes in the reproductive system from pathological processes.
