Genome-wide identification of PtoMYB127 binding sites by DNA affinity purification sequencing in Populus tomentosa
This project investigates genome-wide DNA-binding sites of the R2R3-MYB transcription factor PtoMYB127 in Populus tomentosa using DNA affinity purification sequencing (DAP-seq). An adaptor-ligated Populus tomentosa genomic DNA library was incubated with in vitro expressed HaloTag-PtoMYB127 protein, and the enriched DNA was sequenced together with an input control using the Illumina NovaSeq X Plus platform. The dataset contains two PtoMYB127 DAP-seq libraries and one input control library, each generated as paired-end reads. These data support the characterization of the PtoMYB127 regulatory network associated with wood formation and secondary cell wall biosynthesis.
