Newton's constant, dark energy and the horizon are three moments of one spectral action on the C60 geometry, and time is the modular flow of its thermal state: an induced gravitational coupling that runs with coherence, a cosmological term that needs

One heat-kernel action on one anchor length carries the gravitational coupling, the cosmological term and the horizon entropy as three moments of the same cutoff profile, so they are not three independent constants. The second-moment curvature term reproduces the induced form of the gravitational coupling in the manner of Chamseddine and Connes; the fourth-moment term is a cosmological term, repulsive for every positive profile; and the horizon entropy is the area divided by four times the same coupling. Three consequences follow. The gravitational coupling is not constant: it scales as Φ^(-1/2) in the coherence field, weakening as coherence rises, recovering the measured value at zero coherence, and the present-epoch drift sits inside the lunar-laser-ranging bound. Dark energy is not a new substance but the fourth moment of the action that gives the coupling, with equation of state -1 and any drift locked to the drift of the coupling, so the two drifts are one parameter and not two. Horizon entropy inherits the run and grows as Φ^(1/2), recovering area over four at zero coherence. The field equations are derived rather than assumed, by the equation-of-state route of Jacobson, from a computed area law, an entropy law carried by the thermal state, and a bulk spectrum restricted to the graviton by the Maldacena-Zhiboedov theorem. Computed on the object, entanglement entropy grows linearly with the cut boundary at correlation 0.989, and the thirty-vertex antipodal half carries entropy 4.43. Time is the modular flow of the equilibrium state in the sense of Tomita and Takesaki, unitary on a finite object with no outside, and the de Sitter temperature H/2π is that state's equilibrium temperature. The four-dimensional base on which the action is written is an assumption of this paper. Every number is regenerated by the accompanying script, 10 checks, 10 pass.
