MODERN MECHANISMS FOR IMPROVING CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

The article examines changes in corporate governance mechanisms amid digital transformation, increasing disclosure requirements and sustainable development. Drawing on comparative analysis of academic approaches and international recommendations, it proposes an integrated conceptual model combining board oversight, risk management, digital transparency and long-term value assessment. Implementation stages for joint-stock companies in Uzbekistan are discussed. The study is conceptual and does not claim unverified empirical findings.
