A tripla articulação na saúde renal – o Chatbot como modelo propositivo de educação (ODS 4) e sustentabilidade (ODS 17) para o bem-estar (ODS 3) dos pacientes dialíticos

Advances in dialysis treatments have significantly increased the survival of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD); however, health-related quality of life remains compromised, mainly due to functional limitations, strict dietary regimens, and dependence on specialized information. In this context, this study proposes the implementation of an educational Chatbot as a support tool for health literacy, articulating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda, specifically SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). This is a bibliographic, theoretical, and propositional study with a qualitative approach, grounded in classical methodological references (Gil, 2008; Minayo, 2001; Flick, 2009). The Chatbot was designed to function as an informational support instrument, providing content on nutrition, machine alarm management, infection prevention, and catheter care through tablets and the WhatsApp application, both during and outside dialysis sessions. Theoretical results indicate that integrating the Chatbot promotes patient empowerment by transforming treatment time into a period of active learning, while optimizing human and technological resources (SDG 17).
