Spatio-temporal coupling relationship and interactive response of land space utilization efficiency and high-quality development in Fujian Province
Studying the spatio-temporal changes and interactions between land space utilization efficiency and high-quality development can assist in making decisions that optimize regional high-quality development. This paper used the Super-SBM model, ESDA, Coupling coordination degree model and the panel VAR model to analyze the spatio-temporal evolution and interactive response of land space utilization efficiency and high-quality development level in Fujian province from 2005 to 2023. The results suggest that: (1) The study uncovers a connection and coordination link between land space utilization and high-quality development, which evolves in various stages. (2) The temporal evolution of land space utilization efficiency displays hierarchical characteristics, with Xiamen, Nanping, and Longyan significantly higher than the average. The high-quality development time sequence exhibits a dynamic ladder-like distribution, with southeast, southwest, and north regions showing overall differences from large to small. (3) From the perspective of the coupling relationship, the two major systems are in a low coordination stage in terms of timing changes, and the highly coupled regions are distributed in Xiamen, Fuzhou, and Quanzhou. (4) From the interactive response results, the promotion of high-quality development on the allocation of land space utilization resources is significantly greater than that of the improvement of land space utilization efficiency on high-quality development.
