Implementation of Customer Relationship Management for Providing Business Information and Services at the Business Development Center of UIN Alauddin Makassar

services, including the provision of service information, service booking, and customer data management. Services that are still carried out conventionally cause the service process to be less effective and not yet integrated. This study aims to develop a web-based P2B service information system using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach with the Prototype method. System testing was carried out using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The Black Box Testing results show that all system features function according to requirements, while the UAT results obtained a "Very Good" criterion on all variables, namely system functionality (91.2%), experience and interface (89.9%), system performance (91%), and efficiency & productivity (86.6%). The results indicate that the developed system is able to improve service effectiveness, facilitate access to information, and support more structured management of P2B services.
