AZƏRBAYCAN RESPUBLİKASINDA İNSAN POTENSİALININ İNKİŞAFINDA PEŞƏ TƏHSİLİNİN ROLU

This article examines a number of important issues related to the modernization and improvement of the vocational education system in Azerbaijan in the context of sustainable human development.To this end, it analyzes the historical stages of vocational education development, the formation of professional and practical skills necessary for performing specific job functions, and the successful integration of graduates into the labor market.It is important to note that vocational education is viewed as a factor in expanding human potential, social mobility, and individual opportunities in society.The article also reflects the key provisions of state policy for attracting young people to vocational education and employment in the regions, particularly in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
