Changes of N2O flux and microbial mechanism in purple soil driven by different forms of arsenic pollution

Using metagenomics and metaproteomics technology, this study aims to analyze the mechanism of microbial differences under different forms of arsenic and stress levels from the aspects of microbial diversity, community structure, functional metabolic potential and key nitrogen / arsenic functional genes.
