CONCEPTUAL PRINCIPLES OF FORMING A MANAGEMENT STRATEGY FOR CONSTRUCTION SECTOR ENTERPRISES IN THE DIGITAL ENVIRONMENT

The article provides a theoretical substantiation of the conceptual foundations for forming a management strategy for construction sector enterprises within a digital environment, taking into account industry specifics, the transformation of operating conditions, and the prospects for the recovery of Ukraine's construction sector. It is noted that one of the defining characteristics of construction activity is the project-based nature of production, wherein an enterprise may simultaneously implement multiple facilities with varying deadlines, resource requirements, and economic parameters. Accordingly, strategic management must ensure the alignment of the enterprise's longterm development guidelines with current decisions regarding the formation and implementation of the project portfolio. It is emphasized that the digitalization of economic processes creates a new operational environment for enterprises, in which information, data, and digital technologies become vital resources for management and development. The specific characteristics of construction enterprises' activities and their impact on strategic management are identified. The main levels of digitalization's impact on enterprise strategic management are determined. The core components of the management strategy for construction sector enterprises within a digital environment are highlighted. The conceptual foundations for forming a management strategy for construction sector enterprises in a digital environment are based on the integration of strategic, industrial, resource, organizational, and digital dimensions of management. Their interrelation establishes a theoretical basis for further research into approaches for forming and developing strategies for construction enterprises within a transformational environment. It is concluded that the conceptual foundations for forming a management strategy for construction sector enterprises in a digital environment are based on the transition from static planning to a dynamic system of longterm guidelines grounded in a harmonious combination of strategic goals, industry specifics (project-based nature, resource intensity, and multi-actor interaction), resource potential, and the digital maturity level of the enterprise.
