Instructional supervision contributes to improving teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies, their ability to develop instructional materials, classroom management, the implementation of innovative learning strategies, and the enhancement of the quality of the learning process. The effectiveness of instructional supervision is influenced by the principal’s leadership, teachers’ commitment, a collaborative school culture, and follow-up on supervision findings, while time constraints, administrative burdens, and limited resources remain the main obstacles to its implementation.
