The Influence of Digital Supply Chain Capability on MSME Performance through Innovation Capability and Supply Chain Resilience: Evidence from MSMEs in Yogyakarta

This study examines digital supply chain capability, innovation capability, supply chain resilience, and MSME performance in Yogyakarta. A purposive survey of 300 digitally active MSME owners or managers was analyzed using PLS-SEM. All five hypothesized direct relationships were positive and significant. The specific indirect associations with performance were significant through innovation capability (β = 0.316) and supply chain resilience (β = 0.183). The findings suggest that digital coordination, innovation, and resilience are complementary capabilities. The cross-sectional, self-reported data support statistical associations rather than causal conclusions.
