ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENYEBAB RENDAHNYA TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN DI KABUPATEN SUKABUMI
Education is a key factor in improving the quality of human resources and regional development. However, Sukabumi Regency still faces various challenges that contribute to low levels of educational attainment among its residents. This study aims to analyze the influence of economic factors, parental education, and access to education on low educational attainment in Sukabumi Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 30 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with Jamovi software. The results indicate that the regression model has a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.783, meaning that the three independent variables explain 78.3% of the variation in low educational attainment. Partially, access to education (X3) has a significant effect on low educational attainment, with a significance level of <0.001, while economic factors (X1) and parental education (X2) do not have significant effects, with significance levels of 0.939 and 0.814, respectively. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable, with an F-value of 31.3 and a significance level of <0.001. These findings indicate that improving access to education is an important factor in efforts to improve educational attainment in Sukabumi Regency.
