FOXD3 promotes the transcription of RGS13 to inhibit colorectal cancer malignant progression and CD8+ T cell apoptosis.
BACKGROUND: Regulator of G-protein signaling 13 (RGS13) plays a tumor suppressor role in a variety of cancers, but its expression, function, and regulatory mechanism in colorectal cancer (CRC) are still unclear. METHODS: , the tumor suppressive effect of RGS13 was verified by a xenograft tumor model in nude mice. Bioinformatics prediction, dual-luciferase reporter assay, and the rescue experiment were used to explore the transcriptional regulation of FOXD3 on RGS13. RESULTS: T-cell apoptosis by upregulating RGS13. CONCLUSION: T-cell apoptosis by regulating the tumor microenvironment.
