The Arithmetic Projector
We apply the geometry of Structural Rationalism to the foundational mystery of pure mathematics: the distribution of prime numbers. We propose that prime numbers are not merely numerical objects, but pure Scalar hypostases—irreducible formal identities on the Abstraction axis. When these identities are projected onto the Contingent axis (the number line), they generate a combinatorial friction (composite numbers) that appears stochastic. However, this apparent randomness is bounded by a Strange Attractor governed by the Riemann Zeta Function. We demonstrate that the non-trivial zeros of the Zeta function act as the spectral eigenvalues of the arithmetic manifold. By integrating the Hilbert-P´olya conjecture, we argue that the Riemann Hypothesis is not merely a numerical conjecture, but the exact geometric statement of a ghost-free interface: it is the necessary condition for the stable, self-adjoint projection of the primes. This paper does not attempt to prove the Riemann hypothesis. It is a meta-mathematical essay that use the geometry of Structural Rationalism to illuminate why the conjecture takes the shape it does.
