Artificial Intelligence for Older Adults' Mental Health: A 10‑Year Bibliometric Analysis of Global Research Trends and Emerging Frontiers

This project performs a bibliometric analysis on artificial‑intelligence‑related research concerning older adults’ mental health over the past 10 years. Based on publications retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection and Scopus databases, we adopt CiteSpace, VOSviewer and SCImago Graphica to construct multiple knowledge‑mapping networks. This study systematically summarises the overall developmental status and major research hotspots in this domain, identifies current emerging frontiers, and reveals existing research gaps and limitations. The findings are expected to offer references for future theoretical exploration and practical application of AI‑assisted mental‑health services for older populations.
