mzQC: a versatile way to communicate quality information for biological mass spectrometry

This record contains the input data and output files for the use cases in the manuscript “mzQC: a versatile way to communicate quality information for biological mass spectrometry”. mzQC is a community standard for representing mass spectrometry quality control metrics and their metadata. It is a machine-readable JSON format and controlled vocabularies define each metric. The use cases in the manuscript cover proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics and imaging. The codes that read these files and regenerate the mzQC files and manuscript figures are at https://github.com/MS-Quality-Hub/mzqc-use-cases. Content Each zip file holds one use case and contains two folders: input/: the files the use-case script reads output/: the mzQC files and figures the script produces (included so you can check results without rerunning the codes)
