The Role of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit in Enhancing the Motivation of Entrepreneurship Facilitators in South Kalimantan

This study aims to determine the role of the Cooperative and Small Business Training Center, a regional technical implementation unit in South Kalimantan Province, in enhancing the motivation of entrepreneurship facilitators, the constraints it faces, and the efforts to overcome them. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with interviews and documentation involving five purposively selected informants. Analysis followed the Miles and Huberman interactive model. Results show that the Training Center's role operates at three job levels: program and training preparation, guidance and supervision, and direct facilitation. The main constraint is the difficulty of bringing all facilitators together. Efforts include fulfilling remuneration, competency certification, domicile-based recruitment, online meetings, and study visits.
