THE "ORIENTAL FAMILY" MODEL AND WOMENS FREEDOM
This article analyzes the socio-philosophical and legal contradictions between the archetype of the "Oriental family" model and the freedom of women in the modern era. The authors examine the role and influence of traditional collectivist values, social stereotypes, and the principles of *andisha* (social reserve/propriety) on the exercise of women's rights. The article explores-from both philosophical and legal perspectives-the challenge of ensuring the economic, social, and personal freedoms of women while preserving family values, as well as the task of finding a dialectical balance between tradition and modernization.
