CogniVie: an intergenerational neighbourhood hub for creativity, connection and brain health.
abstract application with ID #394 CogniVie is an intergenerational neighbourhood hub for brain health and creativity in Geneva. Clinical services assess dementia risk and recommend activities, but benefits are best maintained when people sustain them long term. CogniVie offers that continuity close to home: adults aged 30–85 meet regularly in person for cognitive training, dance-based movement, brain games, creative arts and discussion. Sessions are structured, evidence-informed and designed to be joyful, as enjoyment is linked to better long-term adherence. The model is replicable, and a 12-week pilot will assess feasibility. We welcome partners.
