The Application of Digital Technologies in Supporting Physical Self-Development of Cadets
The integration of digital tools for supporting physical self-development improves the regularity of training, enhances the objectivity of monitoring and adjustment of physical loads, and fosters cadets’ skills in self-control and responsibility for their own physical condition. The use of interactive platforms, gamified and competitive methods increases motivation and engagement. Visualization of individual progress and continuous monitoring of physical indicators strengthens the reflective component of learning and forms a stable interest in physical improvement. Modern digital technologies, when used as a pedagogical tool with proper guidance, can individualize the process of physical self-development, enhance functional readiness, and support the professional training of cadets in educational organizations of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
