This experience report, situated within a decolonial feminist perspective, aimed to analyze the process of constructing the care pathway for women in situations of violence developed in the extension project “Entre Redes: collective construction of care pathways for women in situations of violence”, linked to the University Without Borders Program (Programa Universidade Sem Fronteira-USF), in the municipality of Imbituva, Paraná. The project’s methodology was organized around a territorial diagnosis, training meetings, and the collective construction of a flowchart together with professionals from the network of services for women in situations of violence. The results highlighted the existence of intersectoral practices produced daily by women workers, which were later systematized and institutionalized through a municipal decree and guiding materials. It is concluded that university extension constituted ways of knowledge and for valuing situated ways of knowing in confronting the coloniality of institucional practices.
