TURLI ZOTDAGI ECHKILARNING SUT MAHSULDORLI

The article presents the results of a study of milk productivity in local goats and first-generation (F₁) crossbred goats obtained by crossing local does with purebred Murciano-Granadina breeding bucks imported from abroad, as well as with Murciano-Granadina breeding bucks produced through local selection. The study examined lactation performance indicators and the chemical composition of milk, including the contents of protein, fat, lactose, dry matter, and mineral substances. A comparative analysis of these indicators was conducted between local goats and F₁ crossbreds.
