Beyond Matching: OTHERS, Directional Weak-Evidence Scoring, and Reputational Intelligence
This research repository proposes an open scoring framework for evidence that cannot yet be fully represented by formal feature matching or conventional distance metrics. It introduces OTHERS as a model-relative open evidence space, Directional Measurement Sails as a candidate mechanism for aggregating heterogeneous weak signals, and reputational and collective weak-signal intelligence as related applications. The framework distinguishes evidence scoring, perspective-dependent interpretation, and authorized action selection, while outlining counter-evidence, provenance, governance, and pathways from provisional signals to validated structural knowledge. Version 1.0.0 presents conceptual and algorithmic proposals and a validation agenda; it does not claim experimentally established performance improvements.
