The Role of Entrepreneurial Competencies and Innovation Capability in Enhancing Business Performance through Knowledge Sharing in Processed Marine Product MSMEs
This study examines entrepreneurial competencies, innovation capability, knowledge sharing and business performance among 206 marine-product processing MSMEs in Sumenep using PLS-SEM. Reported direct relationships and indirect estimates through knowledge sharing are positive and significant. Entrepreneurial competencies have the largest numerical direct coefficients; innovation capability has the smallest coefficient for performance. The pattern is consistent with partial mediation. The findings suggest joint attention to owners’ competencies and knowledge exchange. Interpretation remains provisional pending verification of structural-statistic consistency, while the cross-sectional design and non-probability sample limit causal inference and generalisation.
