Efektivitas Pelayanan Penginjilan Kaum Profesional Multi-Fungsi Di Gereja-Gereja Aras Pentakosta-Kharismatik
Contemporary churches face challenges in integrating multi-professional individuals (employees, lecturers, entrepreneurs) into church ministry structures. Limiting their roles to evangelistic tasks often neglects the potential of silent evangelism. This study measures the effectiveness of evangelism among multi-professional laypeople and explores intrinsic and extrinsic factors using a mixed-methods convergent parallel design with 61 respondents. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive percentages, while qualitative data deepened the interpretation. Evangelism effectiveness was at a moderate level (77%). Respondents showed strong intentions but were limited by professional and business schedules. Qualitative findings confirmed high intrinsic spiritual maturity viewing work as worship and the formation of extrinsic trust bridges. Although the frequency of formal-verbal evangelism was moderate, effectiveness through relational witness (life testimony) proved significant. Churches need role restructuring to systematically accommodate multi-functional service models for professional laypeople.
