DEVELOPING AN ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM FOR EXPORTING ENTERPRISES’ ADAPTATION TO EUROPEAN MARKET CONDITIONS

The adaptation of exporting enterprises to European market conditions requires alignment of regulatory requirements, resources, and financial support. War-related risks, supply disruptions, and changing customer expectations increase the need for systematic management of organizational and economic change. The study addresses the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing an organizational and economic mechanism that enables enterprises to adapt to the requirements of target segments within the European Union market. Its purpose is to substantiate approaches to aligning management procedures, resource provision, and criteria for evaluating adaptation decisions. The methodological framework combines a systems approach, comparative analysis of scholarly perspectives, structural and functional synthesis, and economic and mathematical formalization. Attention focuses on identifying adaptation gaps, prioritizing measures, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring programme implementation. The study examines strategic and market-related, regulatory, organizational, workforce, production, technological, financial, logistical, and informational aspects of export activities. Particular attention is paid to distinguishing mandatory prerequisites for export operations from the economic viability of alternative market entry approaches. The discussion covers the assessment of incremental cash flows, working capital requirements, and liquidity under different scenarios. Digital support is considered in relation to staff competencies, data quality, and coordination across departments. Cooperation with partners encompasses supply arrangements, information exchange, and reduced dependence on individual counterparties. The study also considers approaches to monitoring deviations and using feedback to adjust management decisions. Its practical relevance lies in providing methodological guidance for developing adaptation programmes that reflect enterprises’ resource constraints and the specific characteristics of their selected markets.
