Accumulation Residual Selective Retention

Working note. Separate seat. Not a revision of locked claims. Not a detection. Not a joint fit. This note extends the process already deposited in Residual Scale-Invariant Theory. It introduces no continuous free parameter and opens no fourth door. The locked marks remain fixed: residual class A ≈ 0.040 inside [0.03, 0.05], geometric pair w0 = −φ/2, wa = −1/φ, interface recovery of general relativity and the Standard Model when the residual gate closes. The note treats accumulation as the running ledger of retained structure plus residual unfinished coverage under the operator already stated: Retained = Select(Options | Conditions). What the conditions do not reject is retained. A descriptive one-system ledger and a stage progression are given. Both are readings of the existing process, not new dynamical laws.
