Cover Feature: Synergistic Crosslinking of Triglycidyl Ether of Resveratrol With Amino Acids as a Novel Pathway to Design Sustainable High‐Performance Thermosets (ChemSusChem 21/2026)
The Cover Feature visualizes the sustainable journey from resveratrol to high-performance thermosets. Combining resveratrol with epichlorohydrin yields triglycidylether resveratrol (TGER), which crosslinks with natural amino acids into a dense chemical network. The resulting materials combine heat resistance, high stiffness, and high bio-content, thus paving the way for eco-friendly automotive and aerospace innovations.
