Geometric Resolution of the Big Bang Singularity: A Non-Singular Cosmological Bounce in the Zhang Effective Metric
We present a non-singular cosmological bounce solution within the rotational-order geometric unification framework based on the Zhang Effective Metric. The internal S³ orientation field develops a dominant potential energy in the primordial high-density regime, producing large negative geometric pressure and violating the strong energy condition. The modified Friedmann equation contains a higher-order suppression term that brings the Hubble parameter to zero at a finite critical density ρ_c, halting contraction and initiating expansion. The scale factor reaches a non-zero minimum value, removing the initial Big Bang singularity. This mechanism extends the geometric singularity resolution previously derived for black holes to cosmological scales. Leading-order observational signatures include a low-frequency cutoff in the primordial gravitational wave spectrum and corrections to the low-ℓ CMB multipoles, accessible to future CMB-S4 and LISA.
