This scientific article provides a comparative-philosophical analysis of the stages of formation and development of issues concerning women's rights, their role in society, and gender equality within the evolution of Eastern and Western philosophical and intellectual thought. The study compares the socio-philosophical, ontological, and axiological perspectives of thinkers from antiquity, the Eastern Renaissance, and Islamic philosophy.
