Early treatment of trapdoor deformity after island flap reconstruction using fractional CO2 laser-assisted topical clobetasol delivery. A trick of the trade
We report the successful treatment of an early supralabial trapdoor deformity using fractional CO2 laser immediately followed by topical clobetasol under occlusion. A single treatment session achieved marked clinical improvement. This case highlights a simple, minimally invasive approach for managing a challenging complication of facial reconstruction.
